As a Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator and practitioner for over 20 years now, I've worked with several organizations and Prisons in India and as well as corporates. I also mentor youth under the Spirow Studio, my company, into Metacognition, Breathing techniques and a lot of Energy Profiling. I hold a diploma in Cognitive behavioral therapy and work actively with the Art of Living organization. Really passionate about developing easier methods and simpler ways of achieving higher self and happier lives! :)
