Kreatives Kinderyoga * Since I was 5 years old I sufferd from allergic asthma. For a long time I thought my respiratory system was my weakness. But when I started to practice yoga and later on while travelling the world as a diving instructor I realized, my breath is a superpower. I started to study different modalities regarding holistic health and natural remedies for better health and wellbeing. Today I feel blessed and very grateful to support my clients to strengthen their health and to increase their wellbeing using their breath, energy and the self-healing powers of their own body.
