I’m a certified Breath Coach and NeuroDynamic Breathwork facilitator. I work with professionals who need both performance under pressure and space to reconnect with themselves. Before co-founding The Infinite Center and partnering with Prasada, I spent nearly two decades in BigLaw—so I know what it takes to excel in high-stakes environments, and I know the cost. My work now is about giving people the tools, practices, and journeys to perform at their best without losing themselves in the process. At The Infinite Center, we follow three pathways: Tools – quick, science-based breathing techniques that regulate stress, sharpen focus, and reset energy in the moment. Practices – structured routines that weave these tools into lasting habits, building resilience, adaptability, and sustained performance. Journeys – immersive breathwork sessions that open deeper insight, release old patterns, and connect you with your own inner guidance. My offerings are designed to meet you where you are: • Breathwork Tools Coaching – private sessions to refine technique and integrate reliable regulation skills into daily life. • The Infinite Reset – a 30-day program to build a consistent practice and strengthen resilience. • Centerline Breath Journeys – powerful 2-hour experiences, available online or in person, individually or in groups.
