Corey bridges the gap between the fitness world and the spiritual world. He studied and graduated Wim Hof Breathwork as well as Holosomatic Breathwork and Tantra from Innercamp. He has been practicing, facilitating and teaching breathwork for over 4 years and has guided multiple CEOs during their transitional period of their companies. He has held many online and in-person 1-1 and group sessions, corporate events and retreats. He believes in the healing nature of breathwork physically and mentally.
